Small – Designed to fit people with smaller builds. The arm band is smaller and has elastic all the way around with a velcro strap that you can tighten.
Medium – The medium size is between our regular size and small size. The arm band is elastic all the way around and has an adjustable velcro strap for a perfect fit.
Regular – The largest size and was the original size we first offered. The arm band has elastic and a velcro strap that allows it to fit larger arm sizes.
