1. Fill out the form below and Submit.

2. Carefully package your ReproScan unit in a strong cardboard box with plenty of padding. Include all components that might be faulty such as cords, battery, monitor etc. this will assist in making the correct diagnosis and faster repair.  Please include your name and contact details with your unit

3. ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS CLEAN. Dirty equipment will incur a $150 cleaning fee or may be returned unrepaired

4. Post your unit to the address above making sure you request Signature on Delivery and keep a copy of tracking information.

Our service Repairer will provide a quote via email of any repairs required that are not covered under Warranty before commencing any work. Full payment is required to be made to Service Repair before the return of your equipment.
